Scott is a repeat customer of omni Basement Systems and they found a crack in the foundation wall. Omni Basement Systems stabilized the foundation by adding Carbon Armor. Carbon Armor is a 7" wide strip of Carbon fiber that is epoxied to the wall. This is 20 times stronger than steel and is easier to work with. 

Lynn has inherited her fathers home and she found out that there is multiple foundations issues. One of the issues is bowing walls from expansive soils. There are multiple cracks in the wall. Omni Basement Systems is adhering 7" wide carbon fiber to the wall. The system is call Carbon Armor because it protects your wall from bowing any further. To protect the strengthen wall from tipping in, We install a carbon fiber strap to the joist header. 

Ken in Fort Erie has a basement and a crawlspace. because of moisture, his floor were sagging over the crawlspace. Omni BAsement Systema add a Smartjack under his main beam. The Smartjack comes with a large plate over the soil and a galvanized jack under the beam. 

Kelly has a home with sagging floors above her crawlspace in Fort Erie, ON. 
Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible SmartJack system. The system includes extra strong galvanized jacks that sit on an engineered base and will support over 30,000lbs. each. 

Omni came in and encapulated this customers crawlspace as seen in the previous set of photos, but they also had some water penetrating the block walls in their basement.

To keep the basement dry we installed our CleanSpace Wall System which stops water vapor and drains wall leaks into our perimeter WaterGuard system.

The WaterGuard then drains the water to our SuperSump which pumps the water away from the home.
