James Watson came on time, my problem was the outside wall. He gave me his professional opinion as to where the water was leaking inside. I need to get some grout for the holes in the brick. He is a basement person. I appreciated his help.

He was extremely thorough in explaining the different options for our project, and provided variable pricing for those options.He followed up with our local Borough for the required permit, and kept me informed every step of the way leading up to our installation date. Additionally, he touched base with the installation crew on the day of to ensure things were going smoothly. Much appreciated!
