He also educated on where I could monitor other areas for changes versus where other companies had merely sought to sell me products and services that may not be a long term solution for my home and even unnecessary.   Chris came out to measure and give an estimate to strengthen a bowed basement wall with PowerBraces and patiently answered my questions for days after. Yesterday Juan and his crew installed the braces and they appear to be what was explained to me. I should now be able to sleep without worrying about that wall. They, Chey and Lacye at the office were all professional yet friendly throughout the process and answered my questions in detail.
