I appreciate how Michael took the time to thoroughly explain options, scenarios, impacts, and costs along with sending detailed proposals. He also educated on where I could monitor other areas for changes versus where other companies had merely sought to sell me products and services that may not be a long term solution for my home and even unnecessary. They also checked in to make sure I was satisfied after. Top notch service, highly recommend!!

  Chris came out to measure and give an estimate to strengthen a bowed basement wall with PowerBraces and patiently answered my questions for days after. Yesterday Juan and his crew installed the braces and they appear to be what was explained to me. I should now be able to sleep without worrying about that wall. They, Chey and Lacye at the office were all professional yet friendly throughout the process and answered my questions in detail.

I highly recommend Chris Bailey! He came out to do a foundation inspection because I was worried about our sloping floors and wanted to look into adding extra support pillars in the basement. Chris completely calmed my worries. He took detailed measurements, used specialized diagnostic tools to accurately assess the structural slant, and even provided a clear, step-by-step bulleted list of exactly what would happen during the repair process. After a thorough inspection and a helpful chat, he gave us a great price quote and a clear engineering drawing of the proposed stabilization work. My husband and I initially had a misunderstanding about the project, and to our surprise, family members stepped in to help us with the repairs instead. Even though I had to cancel the job, Chris was exceptionally understanding, professional, and helpful about the situation.Everything is sorted out now, and I am so thankful for his excellent customer service. I will absolutely call them for any future foundation needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable foundation specialist.
