The person who camped out to meet with me was actually great. I usually hate people coming to my house. They always want to sell you things you don’t need. That was not the case. Jason was great. The workers were even better. I have to admit, I am impressed. Great company. Only the second review I have ever written. They earned it. This is how things should always go with repairs.  

I am extremely, extremely impressed with the professionalism of keystone basement. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The checked the wall with monitors to see it was moving. Then they fixed in two days later. I highly recommended Keystone basements.

Another happy home, another solid foundation!

We just bought our current house this past fall and hired Keystone Basement Services to stabilize our basement walls. James came out to do the inspection and was incredibly knowledgeable on the company’s repair systems.When it comes to any kind of house renovations or repairs, I always worry about being taken advantage of but with Keystone, they helped us find the most cost-effect method to stabilize our basement walls from future ground shifting.Rich, Luc, and Cooper installed carbon armour straps on one side of the house and steel i-beams on the wall below our garage. (i believe the system is called Power Brace.)They also offer a service where they come out and service the straps and tighten the beams as needed.This review is probably too long, but I really want to empathize how appreciated we are to the entire team for offering peace of mind in our new home.

  Jim has been wonderful, throughly explained how the pier system would work and answered all of my questions! Very pleased so far cannot wait to see the results!!

My floor is level and solid now. Thanks guys. I realized that I did pay the full price of a little over $8000 for just a rim joist and to sister the floor joists on one side of the house. They could not lift the house to replace what I needed to replace which was the sill.

My wife and I have been worried that the hairline step cracks in the foundation are going to be a big problem. Michael came out and explained what was likely happening and that he doesn't believe anything needs to be done at this time. I was still a little concerned that it may progress and we wouldn’t know, he offered a monitoring system that can help me reset easy. Thank you so much, Michael!

Chris Bailey did a truly great job explaining what caused my issue and my options. The first two companies I had in were perplexed by the issue. Chris, however, knew exactly what caused the problem and had a few different ways to tackle it. He also had animated videos and other tools that made it easy to understand what was going on. I was impressed. I signed up right on the spot, which awarded me a 5% “efficiency savings” for getting everything coordinated now instead of weeks down the line.
