Basement Waterproofing
Our crew installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a CleanSpace wall system in this basement, located in Bath, SC.
WaterGuard job done in Columbia, SC
This homeowner in Columbia, SC was encountering water issues in their basement. To solve this issue, our team installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to prevent water seepage permanently. WaterGuard is a system that intercepts the water at the perimeter of the basement and drains it concealed and safely into the SumpPump where it is then flushed from the basement. CleanSpace Wall System was also installed on the walls to create an effective vapor barrier.
Moldy Crawlspace Encapsulated in North Carolina
This customer's crawlspace was showing signs of mold, caused by excessive moisture and humidity. After the homeowner reached out to All-Dry of the Carolinas, our crew was fully encapsulated it with the CleanSpace ecapsulation system.
The "before" picture shows just one of the sections of insulation that had mold on it, of course, caused by excessive moisture under the house.
The "after" picture shows a wide angle of the finished crawl space after the installation of the CleanSpace system, ensuring a low humidity and mold-free crawl space.
Basement Waterproofing in Pisgah Forest, NC
This homeowner had a lower level workshop/basement that had water coming through the walls. This water intrusion could have some very serious repercussions, especially having tools that could be affected by the moisture. Our Service Design Specialist knew that the best solution to this homeowner's problem was to install Waterguard and a sump pump.
The "before" picture shows the condition of the basement before our crew had gone in and installed any products. There is no water visible in this picture because the water was slowly seeping in through the wall, which can sometimes be more dangerous than a lot of water coming in because this way it is still causing damage while being pretty undetectable.
The "after" photo shows the same area, but with the Waterguard having been installed. This product catches any water that seeps through the block wall and drains it to the sump pump. This is a very low profile solution, but a very effective one.
Basement Waterproofing in Robbinsville, NC
The church needed some help with their basement kitchen area. They were having water intrusion in the basement of one of the church's buildings and wanted it taken care of so they didn't have to worry about any problems stemming from the water such as mold or mildew. We were able to send out a Systems Design Specialist out to help find the perfect solution for them, and he came up with a great solution that was affordable and helpful for the customer.
The "before" photo shows what the area looked like before/during installation. The only work that had really been done in this area was to remove part of the drywall in order to install one of our products. There are areas of the wall where you can actually see where water has come through, mainly by towards the end of the wall where the darker areas are.
The "after" picture shows the installation of almost all of the products that we put in this basement (minus the sump pump). The white liner that is on the wall is actually our CleanSpace Wall, which helps to push the water into the WaterGuard drain. The WaterGuard drain is under the drying (but still wet) concrete against the wall. The WaterGuard helps to drain any water that collects in it, to the SuperSump pump.
