Sinking Front Porch Lifted in Irmo, SC
Settling foundation around the front porch of this home in Irmo, SC caused the porch to separate from the home, which in turn created cracks in the bricks as the weight of the front porch was sinking away. Helical piers were installed to raise the weight of the porch and lift it back toward its original position. Helical piers are great for stabilizing lighter structures, such as porches, decks and stoops.

Foundation Cracks in Brick Home in Grovetown, GA
Troy and his wife noticed stairstep cracks in their brick home in Grovetown, GA, and wanted to address the foundation issues as they knew this could impact the value of their home.
