PolyLevel Relieves Worry About a Sinking Porch in Prosperity, SC
Randy R. bought his home with his wife in Prosperity, SC in 2010. Since then they have fallen in love with their home and surroundings. The neighborhood has plenty of friendly faces and Randy decided this was where his family needed to stay. The home was brand new when they moved in so Randy has not had to complete many projects or improvements around the home. He noticed about 3 years ago that the front porch was beginning to sink slightly. He did not think much of it at the time but it consistantly got worse over time. Randy knew of a contractor and gave him a call but the suggestion that he got was to replace it. He believed there had to be a better way to go about it that would be cheaper and not such a hassel. One evening while watching TV, Randy saw a commercial for Cantey Foundation Specialists. It was all about this technology they had that could lift concrete slabs, with no need to replace them. Randy was interested and called in the next day to set up an inspection. System Design Specialist TJ Harden came out and did a thorough inspection of the front porch. TJ sat down with Randy and explained the PolyLevel process. It would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete and then the PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete. This solution would expand within a few seconds and harden within a matter of minutes. Once this material has hardened, it creates a lifting effect on the concrete slab as well as providing the slab with a stable foundation. The holes would then be filled and Randy would then have peace of mind in his porch area. Randy scheduled the installation because he felt more confident in this process than the replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and installed the PolyLevel solution perfectly. Randy no longer has to worry about that porch getting any worse and recommends Cantey to all those friendly faces in the neighborhood that have similar issues.

PolyLevel Restores Gorgeous Driveway in Leesville, SC
Matt E. built his home in Leesville, SC about 15 years ago and has loved living there since. Now that he and his wife are empty nesters, he has been determined to make some improvements around his home. Recently, he had a landscaper come in and replace all of the landscaping that was originally put in. While working around the front yard, the landscaper noticed cracking and sinking taking place on the other side of the driveway. When Matt was alerted to the problem, he was shocked that the driveway was in such a state and he had not noticed. The landscaper suggested he call Cantey Foundation Specialists because they did concrete slab repair. Matt was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Alex Lovette. When Alex was finished with his inspection, he told Matt that the best solution would be Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Matt is finally happy with the way his front yard is looking thanks to Cantey's help.

Chapin, SC Garage's Concrete Slab Raised 3 Inches using PolyLEVEL
Jonathon L. of Chapin, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his garage concrete slab had sunk over 3 inches. The stairs to enter his home via garage were not even touching the floor anymore, so he had two wood blocks to hold it up temporarily. Using our patented PolyLEVEL system, Cantey was able to raise the concrete slab to the correct level. It also stabilized the garage, so that the slab will never settle again!
