Jay is a homeowner in Irmo, SC. The 4^th of July is Jay’s favorite time of year. The family gets together and has a good time. There is fireworks and BBQs and all the good times that come with spending time with family. One thing is bothering Jay this year though. His family is coming to his home for the occasion and his porch is settling. He doesn’t like the thought of someone tripping and hurting themselves when he could have done something about it beforehand. After hearing an advertisement on the radio for Cantey Foundation Specialists he decided to give us a call for a free estimate. Specialist Alex Lovette came out to Jay’s home. After the inspection, Alex explained to Jay that our patented PolyLevel process was the solution that would set his home back on track. PolyLevel is a process that combines resin and iso. This combination creates a foam like liquid that expands and hardens. This lifts and levels the slab back to normal. Team Leader TJ and Team Member Jeremy came out to Jay’s home and efficiently injected the PolyLevel. Afterwards, Jay was so happy to be able to walk fluently over his porch again. “It really is a relief to be able to walk over this without tripping”, he said. Now Jay can enjoy his holiday knowing that Cantey did the job right.

As the season slowly changed from spring to summer, customer Chad W. of Lexington, SC uncovered and began cleaning his pool.  He noticed numerous cracks in the perimeter concrete slabs, which created tripping hazards for friends and family.  Calling Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free estimate, System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford inspected the pool and recommended our patented PolyLEVEL process.  Production Crew Foreman and PolyLEVEL Specialist TJ Harden injected the polyurethane underneath the concrete pool deck and lifted it back into place.  Now, customer Chad W. does not have to worry about anyone stubbing their toes while jumping into the pool during the beautiful summer season!

Sean F. of Lexington, SC had seen Cantey Foundation Specialists' name at the Columbia Home and Garden Show and was very impressed with the PolyLEVEL product.  After deciding to put his home on the market, he knew exactly who to call to fix his unlevel pool deck.  System Design Specialist Alex Lovette presented even more information about our patented PolyLEVEL process, in which Sean became completely comfortable with doing business with us because he knew only Cantey could give him a permanent solution.  Now, Sean can be confident that his home will sell easier since the pool deck has been lifted and stabilized back into place!

Cantey Foundation Specialists were able to help Dennis D. of Lexington, SC using our patented PolyLevel process to lift and stabilize his settling concrete driveway.  Dennis bought his home only a few years ago, and he didn't notice the crack in the driveway.  However, after the October flood last year, he and his wife noticed it dropped drastically thus becoming a tripping hazard.  Concerned that his wife could fall and get hurt, he was eager to have Cantey Foundation Specialists fix the problem.  The PolyLevel crew led by Foreman Ryan McPherson injected the polyurethane substance into numerous penny-size holes in the concrete slab.  This allowed the substance to fill the voids underneath the slab and lift it nearly four inches back into place.  Now, Dennis and his wife no longer have to worry about the tripping hazard in their driveway!

Chris and Dayna H. are homeowners in Lexington, SC who have had a problem with their sinking driveway.
