We completed a basement waterproofing job in Cadiz, KY, for homeowners looking to transform their basements into usable living spaces. They called us out to proactively waterproof the basement to avoid flooding after they entirely finished their basement. We installed WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement. These tracks will lead water away from the walls into a new TripleSafe sump pump. The sump pump will remove the water from the home. This will keep their home and basement dry and healthy for years.

This customer in Cadiz, KY was concerned with flooding in his basement and decided to get our basement waterproofing system. We installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system.  They also got TrenchDrain, WaterGuard, and SaniDry Sedona.
