Waterguard is installed around the perimeter of the basement. A trench is dug and once the trench is done everything is smoothed out and cemented over to ensure the basement is useable.

This crawl space in Dickson Tennessee had a full encapsulation with CleanSpace done, the final step is having the door replaced.  The door guarantees that outside water, moisture, and bugs cannot get in.  Most crawl space doors are made with plywood and faulty hinges.  As you can see from the pictures this was one of those crawl space doors.  With the NexusPro door it seals from the inside which does not allow any outside elements to get in.  Plus, it looks so much better! Beautiful results!
