This Cadiz, KY home had cracking and separating along the exterior of the foundation and was in need of foundation settlement repair. We installed helical piers around the home's foundation to lift the home and prevent further settling. The homeowner was left satisfied with a job well-done. 

In Cadiz, KY, a homeowner was facing a significant issue with a basement wall nearing complete wall failure. Our team at Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair tackled the problem efficiently. As you can see in the before photo, the risk of collapse was a serious concern. To address this, we installed the PowerBrace™ System, using zinc-plated steel beams custom-fit to the basement's height. These beams are securely anchored to the floor and framing. The after photo showcases the stability achieved. This system prevents further inward wall movement, offering a lasting solution.

This shop floor in Princeton Kentucky had dropped over 2 inches. The dropping had created cracks in the concrete floor that were only getting worse over time.

This customer in Princeton, KY, called Frontier when they noticed mold and dampness in their crawl space. To mitigate these issues, first, we treated the mold, and then we encapsulated the crawl space. This project included installing Drainage matting, covering the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. 

This customer in Dover, TN called Frontier out to help with a musty and damp crawl space. To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out the crawl space of debris, added Drainage Matting to the floors, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed the vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. We also installed an IceGuard and LawnScape system as well.
