This shop floor in Princeton Kentucky had dropped over 2 inches. The dropping had created cracks in the concrete floor that were only getting worse over time.

Low spots in a shop floor can be very frustrating.

  Water or other liquids pooling and can not drain.

Lifting and leveling the concrete permanently was important to prevent further damage.

This customer in Princeton, KY, called Frontier when they noticed mold and dampness in their crawl space. To mitigate these issues, first, we treated the mold, and then we encapsulated the crawl space. This project included installing Drainage matting, covering the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. 

This customer in Dover, TN called Frontier out to help with a musty and damp crawl space. To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out the crawl space of debris, added Drainage Matting to the floors, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed the vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. We also installed an IceGuard and LawnScape system as well. 

Installing push piers at this Clifton, TN residence has lifted the front porch and sealed the crack that was threatening to separate and become a saftey hazard. This customer in Cherokee, AL had issues with foundational sinking on their home. When the soils underneath your foundation fail to support the weight of your home, the foundation will begin to settle unevenly, and cracks will appear. As vertical cracks form and the wall or corner of the house begins to rotate, you will typically see cracks that are wider at the top or bottom. To stop the sinking and lift the structure back up, we installed 5 Helical Piers around the foundation where the issues were located.
