This customer in Tennessee Ridge, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues we completed a complete crawl space encapsulation. This began with cleaning out all the debris, adding our EZ Flow crawl space drainage system, installing drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system.

The front porch of this home was starting to sink, causing major cracks in the masonry foundation. To solve this problem we installed helical piers and a poly lift.  This homeowner will not have to worry about his porch again with this permanent solution.

The wall stability of this Big Rock, TN home was a concern for the homeowner. On top of the other work that the homeowner opted to complete, he had us install wall anchors to stabilize the basement walls and prevent further cracking and bowing. This will protect the home for years to come.

A customer in Big Rock, TN, needed a bowing retaining wall repaired and stabilized. We installed 4 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using 12 in x 28 in wall supports and a power brace on the wall. This stabilized the retaining wall and fixed the bowing issue.

To mitigate the moisture issue causing the floor to sag, we installed our SmartJack System to stabilize and lift the structure back up.
