This customer had a nasty, dirt crawlspace and our crew transformed it with our Cleanspace encapsulation!

This customer in Bowling Green, KY had water intrusion issues coming into the basement from the walls, the adjacent crawl space, and the entrance to the basement. We added a TripleSafe Sump Pump to collect all the water we directed to it through the DryTrak system, and added an EZ Flow as well as IceGuard and LawnScape system to move the water out of the basement into the yard, away from the structure. 

As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basements with radiant heat, for example.

Most crawl spaces are vented and do not have air tight entrances, NOW this home does!

This customer in Gallatin, TN decided to get a basement waterproofing system to prevent any water intrusion and buildup of moisture in his basement. Our crews came in and drilled holes in the concrete block of the perimeter, this is so water can drain from the walls into the newly installed WaterGuard system. This water is then directed to the new TripleSafe Sump Pump and pumped out of the basement through the new drainage system with IceGuard, to prevent any freezing during the winter months into the newly installed LawnScape System in the yard. We also added CleanSpace to the walls inside the basement and a SaniDri Sedona, to further control the moisture from the walls or the air. Now this client will be able to fully utilize his basement without the fear of any mold on his items or wood rot under the 1st story subfloors. Not to mention the cleaner air throughout his home and the energy savings he will have from now on. Our service department crew will come out and service this system yearly to make sure it continues to work properly for years to come.
