In addition to our Clean Space vapor barrier, we also need to use our Smart Jacks to stabalize the flooring system and distribute the weight of the house evenly! 

An important part of our crawl space encapsulation is our Sump Pumps! We install these to pump the water in the crawl space up and away from the house! 

We installed a positive drain line extention to keep water away from the home!

This customer came to us with high radon levels in their home, which can be extremely toxic for their family. We encapsulated their crawlspace and placed our Radon System to control and keep the radon levels down!

Most, if not all crawl spaces have an outside door entryway. Most of which are wood.  We all know what happens to wood after it has been exposed to the elements. That's right, it starts to rot! letting moisture, bugs, and air in your crawl space. which leads to mold, and other unwanted issues for you. 

The solution... The Everlast Door!! A snug-fitting, all-plastic door that won't wrap, or need painting, and the bugs won't eat, stops air and moisture from entering. The door is secured by Knobs that screw into anchors in the wall, drawing the door tight against the weather-stripping to seal off the outside air.
