This 3 year old home in Crofton Kentucky had a terrible amount of water in the crawl space. The family was already experiencing problems with water, mold, and mildew. Not only were they worried about the health effects on them but also the structure of the home. The mold and mildew was eating away at the floor joist causing rot and compromising the stability of the home.
