Our inspector inspected their crawl space, took moisture tests, and reference photos. Their problem was the moisture coming from their unsealed soil ground. The water inside the soil had been evaporating into their homes and causing mold to grow. This can lead to serious and expensive foundation problems down the road!

LawnScape Outlet: The collected water is moved through the pipe and out of the outlet far from your home! The outlet is green to better camouflage into the surrounding grass, plus it has a removable top for easier access.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier: This white material is 20mil thick, has 7 layers of polyethyene composition and polyester cord reinforcement. It reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space and will also do a great job at reducing your energy bill!
SaniDry Sedona: This powerful dehumidifer is mess-free and will keep your space's relative humidity below 55%!
