This customer in Kingston Springs, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate this issue we cleaned the debris from the crawl space, installed Drainage matting, and sealed off the vents and any other areas where outside air was coming in with SilverGlo panels and spray foam installation. Once that was complete we installed CleanSpace liner throughout the entire crawl space and added a SaniDry dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. The customer now has a clean and dry crawl space they can use. 

This customer in Ashland City, TN called Frontier for moisture issues in their crawl space. The moisture issues had started to cause the insulation to drip and fall and mold had started to grow. To mitigate the issues, we came in and removed all the wet insulation from between the floor joists as well as all other debris. We then treated the wood floor joists for mold and began working on waterproofing this crawl space. We added drainage matting to the floors and then covered all the vents and any air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. After that, we covered the entire area with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to capture any remaining moisture from the air. They now have a clean, dry, healthy crawl space. 

This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed IceGuard and LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home. 

In Pleasant View, TN, a homeowner reached out to us faced with a critical problem—unstable, bowing basement walls that posed a risk to their property’s structure, clearly visible in the before photo. To address this, we expertly installed our CarbonArmor solution. This system, as seen in the after photo, utilizes carbon fiber-reinforced polymers many times stronger than steel, secured with ArmorLock brackets and high-strength epoxy resin. Our method reinforces the wall without invasive measures, providing long-lasting strength and stability crucial to maintaining a safe home environment.
