This customer in Franklin, TN called Frontier when they noticed sagging and uneven floors. This is caused by excess moisture in the crawlspace. We came out to check on the issues and recommend a system to mitigate the issue. Upon inspection, it was clear that the crawl space supports were sinking, causing the foundational issues. SmartJack support posts will straighten and strengthen sagging, bouncy floors above a crawl space. Developed by Supportworks, the steel SmartJack crawl space piers can be cut to size, based on the height of your crawl space. A threaded post cap enables the installer to raise a sagging floor back to its proper level. All SmartJack parts are protected against rust with a thick galvanized coating.

This customer in Franklin, TN came to Frontier for stabilization and waterproofing solutions for their crawl space. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air.
