This customer in Franklin, TN called Frontier when they noticed sagging and uneven floors. This is caused by excess moisture in the crawlspace. We came in and did a full crawl space encapsulation to mitigate the issues. This included removing all the moisture-soaked insulation, installing a CleanSpace moisture barrier, sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels and a TripleSafe sump pump and drainage lines to keep moisture out of the crawl space.

We came out to check on the issues and recommend a system to mitigate the issue. Upon inspection, it was clear that the crawl space supports were sinking, causing the foundational issues. To fix the issue, we used PolyLEVEL to lift and level areas and repair cracks to permanently support the slab.
