This customer in Franklin, TN called Frontier when they noticed sagging and uneven floors. This is caused by excess moisture in the crawlspace. We came in and did a full crawl space encapsulation to mitigate the issues. This included removing all the moisture-soaked insulation, installing a CleanSpace moisture barrier, sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels and a TripleSafe sump pump and drainage lines to keep moisture out of the crawl space.
