These longtime homeowners of a 1972 home started experiencing foundation issues a few years ago. The wall had shifted and cracked, which brought in water whenever it rained heavy. They were tired of the headache and stress it brought, so they took up our offer for a free inspection and called us up! 
Our inspector suggested our Geo-Lock Wall Anchors System to permanently stabilize the walls. 
The common culprit for bowing and cracking foundation walls is the pressure from surrounding foundation soils. 
One of the problems with foundation soils is that while the earth is continually pressing against the outside of the walls, nothing on the inside is equalizing that pressure. Foundation wall anchors address this problem by "gripping" the inside surface of the wall and countering that pressure.

Our favorite thing about the wall anchors is that they will gradually straighten the wall over time!

This customer in Nashville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues we cleaned out all the moisture-soaked insulation and other debris, and then started the project. This project included sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding drainage lines. To complete the project we installed a new secure crawl space door.

To seal off and waterproof the crawl space we removed the wet and damaged insulation from between the wood rim joists, added SilverGlo panels for added insulation, installed drainage matting, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, a new liner for the existing sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish the project we installed a new EverLast secure crawl space door.

To mitigate the immediate damage, we removed all the wet-damaged insulation and drained the water from the crawl space. To prevent this from happening again, we installed an EZ Flow drainage system, Drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, TripleSafe Sump pump, and drainage lines, including an IceGuard and LawnScape system.
