This customer in Hendersonville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help keep moisture out.

Mold issues in Hendersonville, TN. Insulation is removed before the underside of a floor system is treated. The insulation does not need to be replaced if a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system is being installed after the soda blasting is done. This is necessary to fix the moisture problem so the mold does not grow back. Insulation can be installed on the crawl space walls instead of under the floor. All exterior vents are sealed up to prevent humidity from the outside from entering. After soda blasting the lumber looks almost like new. The mold and it's negative effects are gone. This customer in Old Hickory, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space. He had an inadequate vapor barrier installed that was not helping the moisture issues. We came in and removed the old vapor barrier, installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, as well as Iceguard and a LawnScape System to drain the water out of the home into the yard and away from the structure.
