This Spring Hill home was listed to sell but these front steps were a concern. A HelicalPier on each side to support the heavy steps was an easy permanent solution to keep this home welcoming and inviting for years to come.

Floor joist and beams had started to sag and cause movement of the structure of the home, doors, and windows not wanting to open or close right, high and low spots on the floor.. etc. By installing the SmartJack system and not relying on crumbling, sinking, and falling blocks for support, we are able to support and straighten things back out for this home.

This Tennessee family was having moisture problems from their leaking crawlspace. The excessive moisture was leading to mold, rotting wood, and a musty smell upstairs. Plus, their floors were becoming bouncy and uneven. They looked around for different foundation contractors, but decided to choose us, because not only did we have a great solution for lifting her floors, but also getting rid of her moisture problems, as well using CleanSpace products. 

In order to lift her floors, our crew installed our SmartJacks and Supplemental Beams. 
SmartJacks are adjustable piers that are designed to stop settling and can raise your sagging floor back to the proper level.

Each SmartJack post rests on a precast concrete pad that is set on a base of compacted stone. This engineered structural system won’t settle like masonry piers can; nor will it rot or shift like a wood post. They also will never rust, because they are protected by a thick galvanized coating! 

The family's floors are even and no longer bouncy and they could not be happier with their choice!
