Foundation settlement issues were threatening the integrity of this Meridianville, AL home. The homeowner knew that foundation settlement posed serious problems and sought a solution. We addressed the situation by installing our specialized Push Pier System, as depicted in the after photo. This precise installation stabilized the foundation permanently, mitigating further settlement and resolving issues like visible cracks. This customer in Laceys Spring, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and cracking in the interior walls. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a SmartJack system to address the structural sinking. After that to address the moisture issue we encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
