This customer in Mount Juliet had foundation settlement on their entryway stairs and cracked walkway. This can be a hazardous situation, as falls are common. To fix this issue we installed a Helical Pier to lift, straighten, and stabilize the entryway staircase, installed PolyLevel under the concrete slabs, and sealed all joints using Supportworks NexusPro Joint Sealant. This customer in Mount Juliet, TN had foundation settlement issues on the back of their home. In order to save the home from sinking further, our team installed Helical Piers along the retaining wall starting on the outside of the apron on the garage and following along the back wall of the home to stabilize the foundation settlement. This will lift the home and permanently stabilize the area.

After inspecting the crawl space, we found excess moisture in the air and the wood floor joists. To stabilize floors, we installed SmartJacks. After addressing the sinking crawl space issue with Smart Jacks, we proceeded with waterproofing the crawl space. This project included debris removal of the old vapor barrier and wet insulation between the floor joists. Once the crawl space was cleared, we added Drainage matting to the floors, followed by CleanSpace on the walls, and floors, and wrapped around piers. We sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels and sealed off any air leaks with spray foam insulation and lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any excess moisture from the air. Now they have a healthy, dry, structurally sound crawl space.
