Before, the crawl space was full of damp insulation and weakening wood joists. Foundation settlement issues were threatening the integrity of this Meridianville, AL home. The homeowner knew that foundation settlement posed serious problems and sought a solution. We came out and installed a SmartJack system to address the structural sinking. After that to address the moisture issue we encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
