This customer in Athens, AL had crawl space issues with sagging supports and excess moisture. To mitigate the issue and stabilize the structure we installed our SmartJack System. To address the moisture issues, we encapsulated the crawl space by installing drainage matting, CleanSpace, sealing all air entry points, and adding a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This customer in Laceys Spring, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and cracking in the interior walls. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a SmartJack system to address the structural sinking. After that to address the moisture issue we encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.

This 117 year old 2 story home in Humbolt, Tennessee had some piers that need to be reworked and floors leveled. The family was having trouble finding anyone   that would give an estimate to do the work. The problem was getting worse and the home owner had no plans of going anywhere. The correct permanent solution was important to him. The priority of this project was to permanently stabilize, lift & level the floors.
