Then, we went to work placing the helical piers inside the holes. The helical piers were then pushed through the soil, using welded helical plates that easily cut through the soil. Once installed to a certain point, the helical piers work as anchors that support the weight of the foundation and provide structural stability.

The anchors were then placed inside the holes. Inside the home, small holes were drilled into the walls where the anchor rods were pushed through. Wall anchor plates were placed over the part of the rod that was sticking through the wall. Finally, the wall anchors were tightened to support and straighten the walls.
