These basement walls were bowing in and needed attention before the problem got worse. Carbon Armor strips were able to secure and support the wall to keep it from any further damage.

Outside digging around the foundation was not necessary and no need to jack hammer, move plumbing, hot water heater, or other lines.

This Kentucky couple were having issues with sticking doors and windows, as well as unlevel floors with "soft spots" and cracks in the interior walls. They called us and our call center set them up with a free inspection with one of our specialists. 

After our inspector inspected, he met with the couple and discussed solutions. They agreed upon installing SmartJacks to the already existing wood beam. The home was just in need of a little extra support, because it was having a hard time holding up the weight of furniture and people. 

Our SmartJacks stabilizer was installed on small rocks to help with further settling. Heavy-duty galvanized beams stabilized the foundation walls and will correct them over time. We are so glad this house is solid again!

This customer in Manchester, TN called Frontier due to sagging floors. His sagging floors were caused by failing crawl space supports due to excess moisture in his crawl space. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added IceGuard and  LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home. 

This customer in Manchester, TN called Frontier when they noticed cracking on the interior of their home and sagging floors. These issues were due to moisture issues in the crawl space. To mitigate these issues and stop them from progressing, we decided on a full crawl space encapsulation. This includes removing all the debris and cleaning out the crawl space, installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on all the floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, and a drainage system including IceGuard and a LawnScape system that will drain all the water out of the crawl space into the yard far from the structure. Now this crawl space is clean, dry, and healthy!
