To mitigate these issues, we came in and installed Smart Jacks to stabilize the structure. Then to fix the moisture issues we installed drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrapped the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. We also replaced the crawl space door with a new EverLast door, to make it more secure as well as using SilverGlo panels to block all the crawl space vents and added insulation the the floor joists.
