This Tennessee family had complaints of uneven floors and "soft spots" on their floorboards. They had seen one of our commercials on Channel 4 News and had done more research on us. Liking what they saw on our website, they called us and we had an inspector go out to their home and look at their space. 

They discussed and agreed the home needed some additional support, because it seemed that the current foundation was not strong enough to hold up the weight of furniture and people in the home. They talked about our SmartJacks system and the benefits of installing them such as stopping settling and raising your sagging floor back to the proper level. As well as the parts being protected against rust, because they have a thick galvanized coating, so you won't have to worry about an organic material rotting away! 

Now that the SmartJacks are supporting the floor joists above, they have a level and lifted floor!

A customer in Murfreesboro, TN, had cracked and crumbling foundation walls. We installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to fix this issue using a 5 ft channel wall support and small earth anchor. Spacing the wall anchors 4" off the corner and no more than 6 feet apart, with a total of 11 installed for stabilization of his poured concrete walls.  

This customer in Murfreesboro, TN, had some foundation settlement, which caused cracking on the exterior of his home. We were able to come in and install smart SmartJacks inside the crawl space and multiple push piers on the exterior of the home to level and support the foundation, correcting the issue and preventing any further settlement.
