It looked terrifying, but Frontier Foundation & Crawls Space repair team worked fast and was able to secure the walls from further damage by installing Power Brace Beam System. Heavy-duty galvanized beams stabilized the foundation walls and will correct them over time. We are so glad this house is solid again!

This customer in Manchester, TN called Frontier due to sagging floors. His sagging floors were caused by failing crawl space supports due to excess moisture in his crawl space. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed off all air leaks and vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added IceGuard and  LawnScape System to drain all water out into the yard away from the home.
