From the very first meeting with Steve Price at my home to the installers (Michael or Martin, can't remember and Raul) everyone was top notch excellent! I was so pleased with the professionalism and information they provided. Steve answered all of our questions and gave us in depth information about everything. We watched a short video on how the system works and once the men were installing it, I knew what I was looking at when I saw their work. That made me feel better because I had an idea of what was going on and how it was put together. I was ABSOLUTELY impressed with everyone involved and would use them again and recommend them to anyone with this sort of problem. I am a very happy customer with the work and also the business side of the staff. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I have used Master Services 3 times now, and each crew has been wonderful! They get the job done, they are very courteous, and always clean up great. I will continue to call Master Services for any services I need. 

I have never seen a crew work as hard as the Master Services crew! The guys were young, but they stuck it out through the rain and finished my home in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how courteous they were, considering the awful weather conditions. Thanks Master Services and the crew!

Master Services's materials seemed better than the competition's, and I was very impressed with the detailed information and excellent communication I received from the company. I was also very impressed with the work crew (Alex, Alfredo & Lewis). They worked hard, were well mannered, courteous, accomodating and kept the work site tidy. They made an extra effort to ensure that the work site was left clean and tidy. Give them a raise!!! I hold a high opinion of your company.

Well worth the time and effort to have this system to protect our basement. Would do it over.
