They laid out a tarp to put the dirt/clay on, minimized damaging the grass where the track hoe had to be located, protected the plants and trees in the area, and returned everything back to how it looked before as best that could be done. Very few, if any other companies offer the crawlspace fixes that Master Services does. Their advertising on the web page and in the Crawl Space Science book they sent us were very convincing. We were looking for a contractor that could solve the high humidity problem causing mold in our crawlspace. This condition was mostly caused by a poorly installed radon removal system. Master Services's CleanSpace Encapsulation System solved the problem. It works well with our radon system and it gives us additional storage space. The installation crew was very neat, clean & efficient, they did a great job on cleanup. We are very pleased with the job Master Services did. 

I chose Master Services because they offered a lower quote and the sales rep didn't bad mouth the competitors. He was very professional. The guys on our work crew wer very friendly and informative. They were very patient with my daughter and me as we like to ask lots of questions regarding the installation of the piers and wall anchors. So far, so good!
