Regina had us out about a year ago because she had flooding into her basement from the outside. She had some landscaping redone and thought it had been addressed with proper drainage, but water still got into her basement. At the time of the appointment a year ago the basement was finished and she did not like the idea of having to remove floors that she had just put down and redoing sheet rock. However, she just had some pipes burst with the recent snowstorm and it leaked from the upper floor down into the finished basement and caused lots of damage. When the flooring got pulled up, she noticed that the basement was leaking and knew it was time to get the waterproofing done.

This dirt crawlspace was dealing with extreme moisture and constant flooding. The after picture shows the Vapor Barrier System that was installed. This system helps control the moister within your crawlspace. 

Crawlspace was damp, insulation was falling down, and the crawlspace needed to be encapsulated.

James and Christy of bolivar, TN were worried about moisture in their crawl space.  The were afraid mold and rotted wood.  They were right to be worried.  Water can wreak havoc on a crawl space.  Check out the water saturating the floor in the before picture.  This is a crawl space nightmare.   Luckily they called us and we were able to install a full encapsulation, including our LumbeKote^TM wood sealant for maximum protection!
