Crawl Space Encapsulation in Cleveland, MS

Rory D. of Cleveland, MS was looking to purchase a new home for his family. The crawlspace of this home had significant moisture issues, which posed a potential risk to its structural integrity and indoor air quality. The crawlspace had noticeable water retention in two key areas, making it clear that without proper intervention, the home could face long-term damage. While a basic moisture control solution was initially proposed, full encapsulation was recommended for maximum protection.

Once Rory and his wife purchased the home, they opted for the most comprehensive solution: a full encapsulation system, including LumberKote™, SilverGlo™ insulation, and two sump pumps. To ensure optimal drainage, a TripleSafe™ sump pump was strategically placed in the middle of the crawlspace, with an additional pump positioned in a secondary water-collecting area. This approach not only eliminated moisture concerns but also enhanced the energy efficiency of the home by sealing off the crawlspace from external elements. With this investment, Rory and his wife secured a healthier, more comfortable living environment for years to come.

Now, with the crawlspace fully protected, the new homeowners are excited to settle in, paint, and make this house their forever home. If you're facing similar moisture issues, don’t wait until they cause costly damage—take action now.
