Wen H. of Horn Lake, MS just bought a house with plans to fix it up and move in. He noticed that his front porch was uneven.  Upon inspection, it was discovered that improper gutter and downspout drainage was causing soil erosion.  This had caused his porch to begin to settle into the voids left by the erosion. Derrick M. of Memphis, TN reached out to us after noticing several sunken concrete slabs around the deep end of his pool deck. A dedicated grill master with six grills and a beautifully upgraded backyard, Derrick takes pride in creating a space perfect for entertaining. However, the uneven concrete was becoming an eyesore—and more importantly, a safety concern. He and his wife, Pearl, regularly host friends and family, and they wanted to eliminate tripping hazards before their next gathering.
