He went out his way and to me, that was exceptional customer service. The guys were great and professional, had great manners and was very patient with me when I couldn't get there on time, I think they are a great  asset to your Redeemers Group family. They hit everything nice and tidy. I couldn't ask for anything better for me. I most definitely would recommend this company.

I was very please with the work completed. The call representative was very polite and helpful. Our installation crew was polite and informative as well. 

The call representatives are very polite. The sales rep, Patrick Beckham, was knowledgeable about the products and punctual. The installation crew was punctual and efficient. They went straight to work and finished the job quickly. I give the cleanup process a 5, it almost looked like they were never there. 

Knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and quick.  After the cleanup process, I could not tell they had been here!

I trust Redeemers Group. Spencer proposed what I needed. Other companies quoted me for additional piers I didn't even need.
