They are very tightly booked. One guy out sick caused a day delay for us. Also had some communication issues with the office. Then a previously unknown repair caused more issues. Just plan on some time. They were super helpful in getting the job done over a weekend when we got into problems. Very fair pricing and excellent work. AND...the financing option they have is really good. We were selling so a 6mos 0SP finance option was perfect. Recommend to anyone in Germantown. They know the area and the owner lives in town.

Redeemers Group did a great job resolving the water issues we were having in our garage. We have experienced several hard rains since their work was done, and we have had NO water intrusion. Their employees were professional, courteous, and able to explain everything and answer all our questions. We highly recommend Redeemers Group.

I called a competitor and they wouldn't even come out without a written Structural Engineer report stating the home was safe (it is) and Matt came out and WOWED us! He was the BEST, 5 stars all the way! Personal, not in a rush, didn't make us feel stupid for the many questions we asked, SO GOOD!!! I want to commend Redeemers Group on the Get to Know you emails, and confirmation calls because I felt we already had a connection before Matt even showed up. They even re-planted the strawberry plants in the holes where they were digging even though it was starting to rain. You can be assured we will gladly recommend them to anyone! This is my second time to use Redeemers Group for this problem. The first one worked so well I went with them again. They are efficient and explained everything I needed to know before they left.

Fantastic. Redeemer filled all of the voids under the entire driveway - literally at least 1/3 ofthe driveway had zero support underneath it because the ground had washed away. Thewhole driveway is now level and all the cracks are repaired.

Very good job of repairing our driveway. Initially thought it wasn't repairable and was going to have to replace. Redeemer's saved us a bunch of money and really did a nice job fixing it up. They put a lot of detail into the work and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a very professional company and I appreciate how they conduct their business.
