[Redeemers Group]solved a huge issue in our newly purchased home. The crawl space was dank and humid and this seeped into the home, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant high humidity environment in the house. Redeemers came out, talked through the best solution for our home, and scheduled the service. When install came, they were super professional, hard working and on time. The finished product is outstanding and has lowered our in house humidity by almost 20%. Highly recommend this team and company!!!

The crews were AWESOME! The first crew Jet & Jed, explained and invited us to watch the whole pillars installation! That was freaking Amazing! The second crew Aaron, Venny, & Tristian also explained the Poly process and I was able to see the cracks actually close right before my eyes! That was also Freaking Amazing! When I tell you these guys knew their stuff, these guys knew their STUFF! All were VERY FRIENDLY and easy to talk to! I chose Redeemers Group because they are very professional and willing to work with us after original quote to get the project where we needed it to be. Philip and the crew, as well as Otha and his crew, did good work and kept us in the loop all the way.  

The whole Redeemers Group was impressive! They were so much more affordable than other groups offering the same thing. They also were so quick to get us on the calendar! Wade was amazing with his presentation showing us all our options as well as a detailed description of what they would be doing. Dalton and Randy were amazing and kind as they came to do the work. They taught my very inquisitive daughter about the process! They were quick and efficient and really knew what they were doing. I’m so thankful Redeemers Group was the group we went with! They are amazing from start to finish!  

Redeemers Group came out and looked over my home for possible problems. The representative, Nick, was very thorough and explained everything.

Wes gave us an amazing understanding of our crawl space and provided economic recommendations. They are professionals, detail-oriented, and can explain construction/technical issues in a very straightforward manner.

I called this morning to get an inspection for foundation issues on a HUD purchase home.  I was so pleased with Courtney's customer service that I called back to let HR know how REMARKABLE her experience was!  Courtney was friendly, professional, customer focused, solution focused, and relate-able, surprising me with a WOW Customer Service Experience!
