"Every single person at this company has been an absolute delight. Our foundation was sinking on both sides of our house and with this being a nightmare situation they made it as smooth and easy as possible. The guy that came out and gave us an estimate Wes was so informative and put us at ease with all of the issues we were worrying about. We previously had a competitive company “Olshan” come take a look and even though the price they offered was a little cheaper, they could not TOUCH Redeemer group on the customer service and just the knowledge they had on the whole process. Once the crew arrived I knew this was the right choice. They were so open and transparent about every single thing they were doing and they even invited me to watch! One person who really stood out to me was Kenneth Jett. He let me know if I ever had any questions I could ask him and he even let me watch as he pressed the button on the equipment that put pressure on the house as it moved the bricks back together. Lastly they were incredibly polite and made sure my gate was locked and garage door was shut every time they left for the day. They even asked me what I would like them to do with the excess dirt that was dug up under my back porch and I am so very glad they asked as we have had flooding issues in our backyard because of it not being quite as level as it should be. I am extremely satisfied with the job they did and I know that I made the right choice with this group.'

I chose Redeemers Group over another company mainly due to the professionalism of the staff, and they’re real concerned for mine problem. Also, the warranty was better than the other company. Malachi and his crew were very professional, answered any questions I had, and we’re very pleasant to deal with.  

Both your service rep and the gentleman that came and did the work were very polite professional quick and efficient and explained everything.  System Design Specialist Always explained up front and he answered any and all questions My experience with the Installation Crew was a 10 out of 10. Love the fact did not have to remove carpet from whole house but rolled it back. 

The crew leader, Chet, was extremely informative. Every time I approached the job site, he stopped what he was doing and explained what they were doing and why. He never failed to address any questions or concerns I had.

Nathan and his crew showed up on time and proceeded to repair my problems even with obstacles that were challenging, then Dalton came with his crew and sprayed the poly system to finish it all up,all crew members were very professional and courteous. Thanks for a job well done!

Prompt and professional service, the crew were very friendly and polite, they completed the work as contracted in less than 4 hours. We had 3 beams and 9 jacks installed. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation.

We live in a condominium complex with several sections of raised slabs in the sidewalks, 40+ And some were raised over a half inch. We had several serious trip/fall accidents. The repair team came right on time and amazed everyone with their speed, precision and professional demeanor. They sealed the joints after leveling and said goodbye. The whole operation was over in less than a day. They did great, and we have a 10 year Warranty !! I’d highly recommend them for anything in their range of services.

Phillip was great! He was friendly, courteous, and professional as was his crew. He explained the process to me and checked in frequently to see if I had any questions or concerns.
