The Appointment Center Representative called ahead to discuss the project and let me know what would occur during the appointment.  Then I had to reschedule due to a funeral and they were very accommodating to do so.  The System Design Specialist was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with his plan to complete the work. My experience with the Installation Crew was fabulous!  They communicated with me the day before to coordinate time of arrival.  Head guy was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns prior to starting the work.  They completed the work in a timely manner and answered all of my questions afterwards.  Very easy and fabulous process.  I am SO happy with how my front porch now looks with my concrete pad raised to the proper height.  Everything was cleaned up and looked so nice after the work was completed! Redeemers Group was the only company who said they could do the work and raise my concrete front porch pad!  And they did a great job!!  

As long as I deal with Dalton and Kenny, I will forever be a customer. Dalton is amazing! He is unbelievable! He has the patience for the Job. He will look at you in the eyes and let you tell him whatever and whatever his answer is, you know is the honest answer. You cannot find anybody who takes their work to heart and I want this passed along!

Extremely impressed with Shawn Carson. He clearly knew the product, the process. He was positive, sincere, straightforward, friendly, respectful. He answered all questions and gave me his contact information in case. A definite asset to your company. He earned my trust and confidence in your product and company. I'm normally a difficult sell and will not do business with people or companies I don't feel right about. The Installation Crew was very capable, friendly, polite. They took the time to answer questions. They went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the leveling of a couple of problem areas. They represented your company well. A good experience. No issues with the clean-up process. In fact, they left it neater than they found it by blowing leaves away from the carport, drive way and sidewalk (slightly beyond what was necessary to accomplish their work).  

Dellwyn is a rockstar! He sat at our table for 4 hours trying to hash out the best way to make this affordable and get what we needed. On a budget, everything they have to do, he even has plans for the future of things they can go back and do later.  He was good with my kids, very very easy to work with! Just a rockstar!  One crew came out and did the downstairs bonus room. The guy was super nice, you could tell he was training someone, very encouraging, good leader, good trainer very positive experience! Saw when the room was stripped down and then he came back out as a second group and was interested in how the room turned out. Very good experience! He was also very good with my kids and that made me feel good! As for cleanup, minus the fact that the work was done, I would've never known they were there.  

Randy & Dalton explained everything they planned to do before they did it. They were both very helpful and polite. And they worked in the freezing weather to complete the job. My husband, Terry and I appreciated them very much!

Tyler and Brennan were timely, arriving on schedule. Both were courteous and answered all my questions. I appreciated being able to watch the process, which was quite interesting. They didn't seem to mind my being there. Thanks for a fine job.

Tyler and Brennan, installation crew of Redeemers, were professional and efficient. They installed poly level on our collapsing back patio concrete as well as sealing the joints and cracks. It looks terrific, and we are very happy we called Redeemers.

Other companies told be they could not do this job. Thank you Redeemers Group for not only doing the job, but doing an AMAZING job.

They were awesome very good at what they did and explained all parts of the process and was very helpful.  I asked if I could throw some of the stuff away and they said they would take care of it and was very nice and took care of it all.

 Everyone (Otha Jackson and Ray Boswell) was very good to work with -- from the guy writing up the deal to the men who did the work. He (Daniel Payne) did a great job of explaining how the process worked and why it would be good to do more than one area that needed lifting. I think they did a good job lifting the porch areas. The pool deck corner was harder and it would not level out well. But they filled the crack so it would not be a trip hazard. Our real estate agent mentioned the name and said it might be a good option for the sinking porch on a house we were selling. In a few months we will call you about a possible foundation repair for our own house. We just need to work through some other expenses right now.
