The System Design Specialist was very friendly, brought facts and pictures and provided solutions based on our needs and budgeting. The Crew was a nice team, the worked very hard and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. We have already recommended you to several people!

We knew there was a moisture problem stemming from the crawl space, because there was mold on the underside of the flooring we pulled up during a remodel. We didn't want to admit we needed to address our crawl space so we just kind of ignored it. We paid the price when we installed brand new hardwood flooring throughout our downstairs. After a short period of time, we noticed rippling in the floors, and in one area, a board completely popped up. We caved and had Redeemers Group encapsulate the crawl space. Everyone that was at our house was repectful and polite; not what you'd typically expect. They did a really good job. They were there when they said they would be, and they finished when they said they would. Hard to get excited about your crawl space, but we know they did a good job and that we needed to do it. 

Nick Roberson is very courteous and professional. Jason Autry and his crew were very good and Jason was very professional answering all my questions.

I was really impressed with Cam. He was very knowledgeable, careful. He took his time and knew what he was doing.

I want you to put down that he was fantastic, he took care of everything under there as far as I could tell because. I didn't go in there with him, but he was very polite he did a very good job and he was very respectful and I just want to make sure that he gets a good recommendation from his customer. I know that sometimes they are hard to keep so ya'll make sure you hang on to that one he was great. He was here a little early and called in advance to see if he could come early and he did a great job.

There was no pressure selling. Also, loved the fact that you sent me information about the sales representative before he arrived. He also had all good things to say about the company. Plus, love the fact that  management came out to inspect everything after the crew left. Everything from start to finish was done very courteous and professional.
