Bobbi was so helpful in getting my project rescheduled as it previously was scheduled the day before I am to leave the country on a mission trip in Ecuador. I was very impressed with Brook's presentation as he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I saw you in Angie's List where you had good reviews. (The installation crew) arrived even earlier than anticipated which was great! Jason and Josh were very kind, helpful and attentive during our conversation. I called last year and Ben Hoff(sp?) came out and I was VERY impressed with his kindness, knowledge and compassion with my problem. I did not have the work done last year as I thought my problem had been resolved with new gutters. BUT...because Ben had been so helpful, I called back this year. And I must say that Brook, Jake and Josh have just been wonderful to work with. I definitely would recommend Redeemers in that area. I just hope I will have no problems with the new sump pump and that I will never see water in my garage again! If everything works okay, I will give Redeemers a big SHOUT OUT!

Such a pleasant installation! Brian and his crew, Jay, JT and Zay were such a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way; their communication was excellent. They did a wonderful job and left my basement clean! Certainly more than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Redeemers to anyone! Their workmanship, service and kindness was over and above all my expectations.

Installation of drain was not done properly, but Service Tech Nolan Manson made repairs and the problem was corrected. I was informed the initial installer is no longer with the Redeemers Group so the problem I had should not be repeated. Nolan Manson was very professional and explained my problem was caused by a one foot section that was not finished properly. Thank you Nolan for making the repair to complete my installation and solve my water problem.

I was satisfied with the appointment center representative.  I was satisfied with the installation of the needed product.  I was satisfied with cleanup.  I am very likely to recommend to others.

Dear Mr. Cooper: We would like to take this opportunity to commend you on the professionalism, kindness, job knowledge, and conduct of the team who, In August, serviced our home for mold removal and control. This team included Michael (salesman), David (work crew team leader), Raphael, Corey, and Brendan (one day helper). Mr. Lurie went above and beyond the call for his kindness, friendliness, job explanation, and patience with us. We pestered him several times and he was always so understanding with us. He is “terrific.” The work crew did a great job on a must a near impossible task. They took time to explain what they were going to do, how long it would take, answered all our questions, and left the yard looking like it was before the job. (In other words, all bushes and flowers were intact). They get a “BIG THANK-YOU” for their final results! Our home is very low underneath and the crawl space is very hard to use. I’m very grateful and confident the house is fine and all is working right, because we (mother 85), daughter 67), and daughters husband 69( are unable to check things out. However, David took pictures of the results and all looks wonderful. “Hat’s off” to all involved in this whole endeavor. We found you on the “world wide web” and also noted “Angie’s List” super value award. You got rid of a big problem we weren’t aware we had. We are so grateful. Mike Rutter was very professional and thorough. He answered any questions I had and was very patient to explain our foundation problems so that I had a clear understanding. If or when we are able to do anything with the foundation, we feel that we would have Redeemers Group do the job. We are very happy with our experience with them thus far.
