Saw ad in Bass Pro insert regarding their grand opening. After meeting with Michael Rutter, whom was a pleasure, I was sold. (I would suggest a) better cleanup, (they) put paper down from the exterior door to the basement to avoid lots and lots of dirty shoe prints in the nicer parts of a home. They had to go back and forth to the truck a lot so quite a messy trail. Jason Autry and his crew, Josh, John and Zach were a delight to work with. They were helpful in every way. They just finished yesterday so I cannot yet comment on the quality or effectiveness of the work.

(as copied and pasted from 3rd party review site) Comments:  Great work, You should always oversee any big job on your house for the small things to be sure are done. But just like the before after on web site that what basement/crawlspace are now like and big big difference on A/C and humidity. A/C is colder and running less. 90yr old dank basement is now white and bright. It's worth the investment.

I sent an e-mail and within a very short time I received a phone call. Very polite and explained everything. I receive the literature almost overnight. Michael checked in with me to confirm our appointment and explained everything. (James) Terry called me when they left Memphis and told me their arrival time. They kept me informed of what they would finish on Monday and when they would return on Tuesday. All three men in the crew were very polite and thanked me for using Redeemer! The crew cleaned up everything and even closed the gates when they left. I had one estimate and when I was looking for a second opinion I saw your web page. The estimates were almost the same but I chose your company as your reviews were good and also the BBB only had one complaint and you resolved it. 

The technical work went really well; They knew what they were doing.

Redeemers Group just did the crawl space for my husband and me, and I am so happy with the workers. David was sick the first day, but worked very hard anyway. The other 2 guys as well as David were very sweet, and worked hard until the job was done. I wanted you to know how happy I was, and you can use her as a reference.

They gave us full disclosure of all options available to handle our high moisture/mold problem in crawlspace as well as total costs. Showed up as scheduled and work done in timely manner. Employees were courteous and professional. On the initial job, a drain and dehumidifier were istalled which needs yearly service. They came out one year after installation and serviced the dehumidifier as promised. 

Redeemers Group did an AMAZING job. Our home had some serious foundation issues…we literally had a huge ramp in the doorway between our living/dining room. David and his team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. I am just amazed that they were able to level our floors back out…I really thought there was no way this could ever be done! The team that worked on our home consisted of David, Raff and Zack. They were highly professional, courteous, hard- working and I highly recommend them.

Jason Autry and his crew made my experience with Redeemers exceptional. They truly care about providing quality service and they are willing to go above and beyond to deliver it.
