The basement of this home in Winchester had severe water intrusion issues. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to their problem.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a flooded basement!

This basement in Winchester had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained, water coming in from the windows, and very stained walls. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve these problems. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a SuperSump Plus Premier Sump Pump System, Well Duct Window Drains, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!
