This basement in Charlottesville had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

In Charlottesville, a homeowner struggled with a persistently wet basement, as shown in the first photo. To resolve this, we installed our WaterGuard® sub-floor perimeter drainage system, effectively collecting wall and floor water seepage before it reached the basement floor. This guides the water to the TripleSafe™ sump pump system, shown in the after photo, which ensures reliable water removal, even in power failures. Thanks to these precisely designed solutions, his basement is now dry and protected, providing a secure space for storage and other uses.

Customer called in with a concern of water and moisture issues in the basement of their home. Fortress installed the CleanSpace wall system to address the moisture issues in the basement. Then to address the water intrusion issues Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter Watergaurd system with Triple Safe Sump pump system to ensure that the customer was worry free of water in the future.
