Our System Designer went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install the GeoLock Wall Anchors. The GeoLock Anchors is designed to stabilize failing basement walls. These anchors will stabilize the wall in its current position and prevent any further cracking and bowing. This customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with sagging floors. Fortress solved this problem by installing six SmartJacks and two Supplemental Beams to ensure the floor would never sag again!
