Before the transformation, the Arbogast family’s crawl space in Broadway, Virginia, was plagued by excess moisture and related issues. This crawlspace in Grottoes was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down.
