This crawl space in Berryville was damp and dirty from repeated flooding. There was an old sump pump installed that didn't work properly and needed to be replaced. Fortress came to this home and installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This crawl space is now clean and dry!

This home in Boydton,VA  had some issues in thier crawlspace that they were looking to resolve. Our System Designer, went out to this home and provided a free estimate. After evaluating the home, our System Designer knew the best solution was to encapsulate the crawlspace. Our Foreman,  and his crew installed our Clean Space vapor barrier along with with our SaniDry Sedona. These products work together to keep a clean, mositure free crawl space for years to come.

To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.

This homeowner is out of state, but wanted to ensure that the water in the crawlspace is removed for good and not a bother to anyone living in the home.  Our home installed our watergaurd system & Smart Sump Pump system to give this homeowner peace of mind.
