Good Bye Nasty, Wet Insulation in Delaplane, VA

Gerald T. reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering standing water and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists. Moisture-saturated insulation was also falling down in his crawl space. How could this be happening? He had laid down plastic over the ground and thought his crawl space would be protected. Many people don't think about the effects moisture has as it rises from the ground under their homes. If left untreated, the moisture will cause thousands of dollars' worth of damage in the future. Our Fortress System Designers help educate customers on protecting their home by providing printed materials, using video media, through conversation, and of course, providing a free estimate for repair. Gerald's crawl space needed EZ Flow drainage, a Smart Sump Sump Pump, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. EZ Flow directs groundwater to the Smart Sump, which pumps the water outside the home. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier seals off the home from the damp/wet ground below. The SaniDry Sedona removes excess moisture, keeping the area dry and protecting the wood. Gerald's home is his biggest asset. Why wouldn't he want to protect it with his custom solution from Fortress Foundation Solutions?"

Front Porch Level Again Near Shenandoah Junction, WV

A homeowner near Shenandoah Junction, WV, had noticed his front porch settling over the last 10 years. Seeing a commercial on TV for concrete lifting and leveling, he decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. System Designer Eddie Salido performed a full inspection and offered a proposal. He recommended our PolyLevel Foam Injection System. This process effectively lifts and levels concrete by injecting foam into small holes drilled into the concrete. The holes are then filled in and are unnoticeable. This before photo clearly shows the height difference between the two areas. In the after photo the two pieces of concrete are now even. This homeowner can enjoy their front porch once again!
