In Simpsonville, MD, our client's front porch stoop was facing issues with sinking and cracking. As shown in the before photo, the porch had become unstable. We resolved this with our expert team using our PolyLevel system to raise and stabilize the concrete. To further protect the structure, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to ensure a secure bond resistant to UV rays and extreme weather. Finally, SealantPro was used to shield against water damage, effectively extending the porch’s life. Notice in the after photo how the results ensure stability and a cleaner appearance.

In Rural Retreat, VA, a homeowner faced uneven and unstable concrete surfaces, as seen in the before photo. This problem compromised the safety and appearance of their property, leading them to contact Fortress Foundation Solutions. To rectify the situation, we applied our PolyLevel system. We drilled pea-sized holes and injected high-strength polyurethane foam to fill the voids under the slabs. The foam expanded, effectively stabilizing, lifting, and leveling the concrete.
